Josh,

At this point in time the future of Hemingway Footwear is uncertain. For the time being Hemingway has halted production as the company works towards developing a plan for the future. Schnee's has committed to a great selection of Hemingway Footwear that we will continue to sell as our inventory will allow, and we will continue to stand behind all of the Hemingway footwear that we sell with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Right now we have a strong inventory in many sizes, styles and colors, and if you are looking for a specific shoe, we would be happy to do our best to help you find what you are looking for.

Please feel free to give our Customer Service department a call at 1-800-922-1562, Monday-Friday 8-5 MST if we can be of any further assistance!

Thank you,

Schnee's

I just happened on your website and was wondering if we might be distantly related. My grandfather, Frank S.had brothers Luther, Percy, Henry, and Asa (all of which were born 1860's and 1870's) I understand that one of these settled in Montana and later raised sheep. If you might be related I would like to hear more about that side of family. You can reach me at above address. This message is for Steve Schnee. I have lived in Florida most of my life.

Cliff,
The boots don't come in wide sizes, so for a 9-wide we recommend either going up to a size 10 & adding a nice footbed/insole to take up the extra space, or using a size 10 liner inside the size 9 boot, which adds some room. The safest bet is to get a size 10 and add a footbed or liner. This has traditionally been the safest approach when ordering online.

Thanks!
